Legacy com.day.cq.workflow API to Granite workflow

The CQ workflow API is a legacy wrapper. Granite workflow is the supported API on Cloud Service, and workflow models live under /conf with runtime data under /var.

What to use instead

com.adobe.granite.workflow.exec.WorkflowProcess and related Granite interfaces.

How to fix it

1. Swap interfaces and imports.
2. Move models from /etc/workflow/models to /conf/global/settings/workflow/models.
