Three actions that run on our servers start to cost what they cost us: an AI summary of a Blueprint (₹1), a server scan of a connected repository with its fix pull requests (₹3 per run) and a server-made Blueprint PDF (₹0.50). They are paid from a wallet you top up yourself. Everything else in the portal stays free. You get reminder emails on day 75, 85 and 90.

No. You sign up with your work email only. Nothing is charged unless you choose to top up your wallet.

The readiness scan reads your BPA CSV or repository zip inside your browser; nothing is uploaded. In the portal, only findings, file paths and line numbers are saved from browser scans, never file contents. Client code that our AI works on goes only to models on servers Surge operates, never to a third-party AI service unless you agree in writing.
